Q.How/when to move a Camellia from a pot to the ground

Is there a correct time/month when a Camellia can be moved from a pot and transferred into the ground? This shrub is between 1 – 2 years and about 2 ft high.

Camellia can be planted in any month but spring and fall are more common for bush plantings.
