How/When to Move a Camellia From a Pot to the Ground

Is there a correct time/month when a Camellia can be moved from a pot and transferred into the ground? This shrub is between 1 - 2 years and about 2 ft high.

Camellia can be planted in any month but spring and fall are more common for bush plantings.
