Q.How To Winter Over Cuttings From Plumeria Plant
I let the cuttings dry out after pruning. Should I put them in soil or let them lay out to dry all winter?

They only need to be left out a week or two to callous over. Go ahead and plant them in 2/3 perlite and 1/3 potting soil. Then do not water again till they have a few leaves, indicating root growth.
