Q.How To Treat Potted Sago Palms With Magnesium Deficiency
I have two potted Sago Palms (6″ pots) whose older leaves are yellow and yellowing. I cut off the yellow leaves on one Sago Palm and the other palm’s older leaves are yellowing now. The soil is very alkaline . From your description of the difference between magnesium deficiency and manganese deficiency I believe we have magnesium deficiency. What form of magnesium do I need and how do I administer it to my Sago Palms? Thank you so much for your help, Linda H. Cooper
