How To Treat My Orchids

Question

Correct watering, correct place with much and non-direct sunlight. Please see the photos and help me. Do I need to cut off those bunches?

You can leave the stems, but cut off the side shoots. Sometimes if you leave the stems, it will rebloom sooner than if it had to grow stems again.
