How to transplant

Banana is getting so tall, it tries to fall over. I have tied it up and it still tries to fall. No shoots on it, and no bananas. The leaves are more than 3 feet long and it is beautiful, but what now? Can I transplant it deeper?

I would not transplant it deeper, but you may find a larger container will help with keeping it from falling over. A deeper container will allow for it to grow a deeper roots system and a wider container will add more balance to the bottom to counter the heavy top.
