Take a rope with a short length of garden hose strung on it and loop that around the tree. Use the garden hose to make sure the plant does not get damaged by the rope. Using the rope, pull the plant just a bit in the direction you want it to go and stake the rope down in the ground. Every few weeks, tighten the rope until the plant is standing straight again.

Thanx for that but she is far too big, (about 20ft high after massive pruning), for that method and also the latest research has found that using water hose to pad guy wire can result in great harm to tree bark. Have righted her with much difficulty and now stabalized with 8 nylon extra strength load tie down belting – now we wait and see…. wish I could post pictures on here for you to see.
