shape and prune a Prunus Rotundifolia

How to shape and prune a Prunus rotundifolia? I hope I have the correct name here, although that’s what it says on the plant label. Also, I would like to know how to shape and prune eucalyptus plants. Both of these plants were planted last September.

Rhotundifolia is the bushier and more upright growing form of the Common Laurel or Cherry Laurel.
It can be left untrimmed or be pruned into hedging.
