Q.How to save Ocotillo

Zone Lake Havasu City Arizona 86406 | roadie2006@hotmail.com added on May 3, 2019 | Answered

High wind broke off our Ocotillo at the base. We want to replant. It was quite large over 35 years old.
How is this done and can we make several plantings by taking apart?

You will definitely want to take as many cuttings as possible, as many will not root. This article will help you to propagate these from cuttings: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/cacti-succulents/ocotillo/propagating-ocotillo-plants.htm
