Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThis plant never ceases to amaze me, however, I am afraid if I do not do something, thin or repot it will die…plus I would like to propagate it. I have read about air-rooting but it has gotten so big I have no idea where to begin! Please, any advice is very much welcomed!

From the photo, the plant appears to be healthy and not extremely large for the pot. Although if it has been in the same container for 2 years or more you should consider re-potting it into a larger container with new potting soil.
Crown reduction pruning is possible to manage the size.
Air layering is a method of propagation from a cutting off the parent plant. But instead of cutting straight away, you cultivate some root development before detaching the cutting from the plant.
