Q.How To Save 40 Year Old Frost Bite Elephant Ear Philodendron
This Elephant ear philodendron is huge and old, maybe 30 years old, 15′ by 8′. About 10 trunks. It was frozen here in South Texas. It’s a full Sun outdoor plant. All prawns have died. How do I save it? Do I cut the trunks off at the ground?

ONLY cut off the affected growth. It will recover on its own. Do not cut any living, and unaffected tissue.
Sometimes B vitamins (The plant kind, not the people kind) can help with stress, but time heals these wounds.
