Q.How To Revive A Sambac Jasmine With Dead Foliage
I have a potted indoor Sambac Jasmine that I noticed some spider mites growing on, I saw online to treat with rubbing alcohol so I wiped down the underside of the effected leaves with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol. 2 weeks later all the leaves shriveled and dried. I continued to water in hopes it would revive but it hasn’t. I just pruned heavily and removed all the dead leaves and trimmed stems that felt stiff. The base of the stem is still wet and green when I scratch it with a fingernail but how do I revive the plant?

It sounds like you have performed all of the necessary things that would normally happen to check if a plant is alive or not. The best thing to do, from here, will be to get the plant into the conditions that it prefers. This may mean introducing to just a little more light, or feeding the plant. Just keep it out of the cold!
