How To Refresh The Soil?

Hi, I have a back yard with a piece of grass/soil but it has been used for months as a toilet for our dog. We have decided to stay in a property and I would like to plant some plants in that patch of soil. How can I prepare the soil so everything will grow?

Unfortunately, that will not be a great idea. It is, quite, difficult to remove the parasites from the soil. You might want to consider a raised bed with soil from somewhere else.
