Q.How To Prune Roses After Rabbit Damage
Rabbits are snipping off my knockout rose bush stems. I planted them in May and they grew from 12″ to 4 ft tall and were prolific bloomers. I did not prune them last fall. They are looking pretty shabby; should I prune them or just leave them to grow back in spring? I am in Zone 5B.

They need to be pruned in spring like other roses only you just need to cut them back to about 12 inches. Wait till then to do any pruning.
