Q.How To Propogate A Little Hope Philodendron
The information you have provided previously is I believe incorrect. It can not be done by cuttiing at the node and place in water. I have cut leaves and left them in water for over a month. They remain beautiful but will never make roots. I think it may be because they are a hybrid.

You can try it in soil, but it will take several weeks to propagate in soil as well. It can take up to two or three months in water, according to one source. So, if you still have a cutting in water, continue to change the water weekly and keep the plant in indirect light. It may still root. To root in soil, dip the cut end in rooting hormone and place the cutting, with at least one node, in the soil. Water and let drain. Cover the plant with plastic and place in indirect light. Every few days open the plastic to let air circulate, and reclose. Keep the soil moist.
Hybrids typically are rooted in water or soil to come true.
