How to Plant Hibiscus Root/Corm

Anonymous added on May 13, 2011 | Answered

I have ordered and recieved today a giant flowered hibiscus plant. It has not as I thought an actual established plant might look, but instead a dry root of some description. How do I treat it to begin with in order to grow a successful plant? It was quite expensive.

This article is for roses, but the steps on how to plant bare root plants are the same for hibiscus: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/bare-root-roses.htm
