how to pick off the babies and start a new plant of my lipstick palm

I have a healthy bunch of lipstick palms growing with many babies about 1-2 feet tall. I have to put my old dog down and he requested me to plant the lipstick palm babies over him. He loves to hang with the palms in the yard in Hawaii. Please how to do??
