How to Make My Trees Healthy?

Question

Need your guidance. I planted 5, 000 eucalyptus plants (size 2. 5 feet distance by 6 x 6). Please tell me what pesticides I have to use to make them healthy, and timely cultivation. Please send me documentation and guide me proper instructions.  I am in love with forestry and want to do it on a large scale. . . Thanks.
