How to kill poa annua in lawn in Sacramento, CA?

I have read that we should use pre-emergent herbicide to kill poa annua–but I cannot find which one to purchase for this purpose. We have an infestation of poa annua. Pulled it out last year, added new dirt and reseeded. But it is back and taking over our yard. What chemicals should be apply?
