How to kill oleanders stumps&roots

I cut 22 olyanders off below ground level and no we they’re sprouting back up. Want to destroy the whole Damn thing!

It may be tedious, but the best thing would be to dig up everything that you can, and pour boiling water on the rest. This will kill anything that it comes into contact with without leaving the soil toxic. This is the method that I use, and it does take a few applications, but it will kill just about anything.
