Should I pinch back my outside hanging plant and bring inside for the winter to return outside come spring? I live in north Georgia.

Sina, that plant is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, you’ll want to bring it in, and pinching back some will probably be helpful. You can use those trimmings to start a new pot. You’ll want to gradually acclimate the plant to lower light, too. This article will give you some pointers: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/hpgen/acclimate-plants-indoors-winter.htm [1]
