I cannot grow red bell peppers. They spoil on the vine before they turn red. Can you help me?

This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/how-to-grow-red-peppers.htm

Can you elaborate on how it is spoiling? If the 'spoiled' part is on the top or side of the fruit, then it is likely sunscald and is from too much direct sunlight. A simple shade cover will help stop it. If it is rotting on the bottom of the fruit, then it is blossom end rot. This article will help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/pepper-blossom-end-rot.htm
