How to get wild onions, grass and other debris from periwinkle plants. They are difficult.

With the weeds other than wild onion, you can use a broad leaf and grass specific weed killer. But, wild onions are notoriously resistant to herbicides. The best method for getting rid of them is to dig up the clumps.
