how to get rubber tree plant to stand up

Plant is sagging toward floor. Want to get the plant to be tall.

This would indicate that it is getting just a smidge too little light. This causes the plant to be lanky and its stems to be weak, and so they are not able to support themselves.

If possible, move the plant to a brighter location. If this is not possible, try adding a supplemental light, like a fluorescent light near the plant.

In the meantime, while it is regaining its stem strength, you can put long stakes next to the stems and use panty hose to tie the stems to the stakes. This will keep it standing tall without damaging the stems.
