How to get rid of wisteria and ivy

Question

Our neighbor’s lot is overgrown in the back. There is wisteria and ivy growing there, which is overgrowing onto our lot. I cut it back every spring and early summer, but it’s getting away from me. I’m 65 years old and can’t dig and work the way I used to, so I need something that will at least kill off what’s growing onto our lot. What can I do?
