How To Get Rid Of Wild Garlic

Question

We had 2 raised beds made about 2 years ago and had loads of top soil delivered for them. The first year was OK No wild garlic but last year the beds were full of the stuff. We dug it all out , or so we thought , but now more is growing and the daily task is trying to get the new shoots out. We are fed up with this .Please can you help.
