It could be chickweed and here is info on removing it. However, since your bed is planted, the best thing you can do is remove it manually, then cover the soil with about 3 inches of hardwood mulch. Once all the weeds are removed, there are products you sprinkle on top of the mulch that will prevent seed germination.
