How to Get Rid of Green Worms on Zucchini Plants

I just found green worms on my zucchini plants. I found them under the leaves on the edges. Some were starting to wind up in web like material. I also found one in an actual zucchini. How do I get rid of them?

They can usually be picked off or treated with products containing Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), which is a natural pest control targeted at caterpillars and worm-like insects.
