Q.How To Get Phaleanopsis Orchid To Grow A New Flower Spike ?
I accidentally pruned my orchids flower spike too far down my first yr. Orchid is otherwise very healthy Can this be fixed ? Thank You

If the spike is still green it may bloom again. If it is yellow or brown, go ahead and cut it down to 2 inches. Also, if it blooms again, then remove the stem. They only bloom twice on a stem, then it should be removed. Another will grow. Here is more on its care after blooming:
