There are times when the temps get real hot for long strings of days, that the rosebushes take a breather from blooming. They rest up a bit to bloom nicely again when the temps cool down. As far as what to feed them. Look for a well balanced (NPK) food/fertilizer. I recommend either organic or organic based. Do not use high nitrogen foods/fertilizers as they will increase foliage and limit the blooms.
