Q.how to get amaryllis to bloom
I have 18 inch very green and healthy stems, but no flowers. This has happened for 2 years and me thinking each year I will have flowers. I did cut the stems last fall, put it in a dark place and put in light as soon as I saw the green returning. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Should I have taken the bulb out of the pot and kept in peat moss? I have 1 white and 1 orange.
