how to germinate old old seed

An older gentleman gave me some 82 year old cottonseed to germinate for him. It was found in an old school house time capsule in the cornerstone of the school where he graduated. They, the classmates, want to have this growing when the have a reunion in July. Got any ideas, will it germ, assume if it does will it be weak, any chemicals that I may need to get it to germ or keep it alive if it does germ? I do have a greenhouse and small bench heating mat to germ seed.

Thanks,

Henry D. Kestner
