Q.How to germinate chandelier plant seeds

I purchased chandelier plant seeds and they didn’t come with any germinating instructions. Thank you in advance

Germinate these seeds in small pots, perhaps two to each, and cover with a well-draining substance, such as peat or perlite. Transplant the seedlings when they've grown to at least an inch or so, if not more. Here are two articles to help:
