Q.How to Freeze or Preserve Lemons

My tree fruited this year after 5 yrs of nothing. I battled all kinds of fungus on the leaves but still got plenty of lemons, mostly green lemons. I want to pick the rest and freeze them for future use, how do I do that?

Well, you could juice them and freeze the juice.

You may also want to look at preserved lemons. It is commonly done in Middle Eastern areas and is used in cooking. Here is more information on that:
