Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. Diagnosing tomato diseases will be hard to diagnose without photos, as many deficiencies can appear as disease, and vice-versa.

I would start by testing your soil for deficiencies and pH imbalances. After that, you can begin to diagnose other diseases. Here are some articles that will help:
