Q.How to cure hibiscus plant

How to cure hibiscus plant from dying by white powder like spores? Three years ago I planted some Hibiscus plant of different colour through stem grafting. All plant became alive and grew properly and became shrubs, flowering – but some white powder like creature spread all over the plant and leaves went yellow.

Please help.

This could be caused by a few things. It could be powdery mildew (which hibiscus are susceptible to) or a mealy bug infestation. I have included links below which will provide you with more information and a course of treatment:
