How To Care For Aloe Vera Flower Buds?

Hi. I need your kind guidance on how to give the right care to the aloe vera flower buds in order to have it bloom. My aloe vera plants are hang outside my balcony. Day time temperature from 11am to 2 or 4pm hit 32 to 30deg cel. other than that the temp will be between 27 to 29deg cel. I usually water the plant n its soil once a week. But this week, I started to water the plant twice a week. The bud outer layer seems to have a bit of sunburn as I spotted a bit black on the tip of the bud outer layer. Please help. Thank you.
