newly planted Stephanotis seed

How to care for a newly planted Stephanotis seed? I planted 3 Stephanotis seeds today and I see that they are very hard to care for. If you could please give me some extra tips to keep my plant alive.

The seeds need light and temps around 70 to 75 degrees.
Seeds are slow to germinate as it may take 30 days.
Seed to flowering plant can be 3 years.
