This may be difficult given the current economic situation but I applaud you for trying. For the pollinator garden, contact Arkansas Native Plant Society, anps.org. They may know of resources locally and members may provide plants to get you started. Native plants are ideal for native pollinators. There is a nationwide organization of state run Extension Services. Look up AR Extension/gardening or go through the nationwide site at impact.extension.org. I also suggest an internet search of "Arkansas funding for school garden". I saw several results that looked promising. Here is a helpful article on starting a school garden: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/children/starting-a-school-garden.htm
