How tall and wide does a Kristi Azalea get?

I received this lovely plant as a gift. I want to enjoy it for many years, so need some help deciding where the best place to plant it would be. I’m considering planting it on the north side of the house, on the west end. It will get shade in the afternoon because of a Rose of Sharon planted on the end. Does this sound like a good location? I have cut off the dead blossoms and am ready to plant it outdoors. We live in central Ohio, in the country.
