How soon after roots appear on oleander cuttings should you plant them and where – in a sunny spot or shade area?

I have had my cuttings rooting for at least 2 mos. and now they are rooted well.  So as you can see I have potted them up; should I place them under the tree outdoors or where?

It is best to make sure that the roots fill out a one gallon container before planting. Grow them in full sun to part shade. Harden them off first by taking them out during the day in a shady area and brining them in at night. Do this for a few days.
