How often do you water oleanders

Question

How often do you water oleanders that are almost dead from lack of water for about two years. They were well established at one time and some are coming back and some aren’t. My friend says 20 min a month soak. What do you say?

Oleanders are a drought tolerant but that does not mean they don't need water.
Every 3 days and a deep watering will make your plant happy.
