How much should it cost to install 61 ft of raised bed, including adding the soil and the mulch, without the plants?

I would suggest you take all of your measurements to your local home improvement center or garden center.

They will be able to give you an estimate for cost of materials for your area.

I garden nearly all in raised beds, and I recommend it! A wonderful way to garden!
