How much water and epsom salt would one apply to one application to a sago palm per 6 to 8 weeks?

Recommend that you check out a Sago Palm Society in your area of the country. There are lots of websites dedicated to specific care for palms and cycads and you may find adding epsom salts is not recommended for your variety.
