Q.How Much Is To Much Wind For Tomato Plants

Growing plants in containers.Very windy where I live.Thinking about putting clear wrap around cages,to protect them???

The clear wrap might create too much of a humid microclimate for your tomatoes. It is better to provide a windbreak that allows air circulation. Can you move the container near a structure that would break the wind? If not, you can create a structure by planting shrubs nearby or a partial fence.
