How much 5-10-10 fertilizer per blackberry plant

Everything I found said what fertilizer to use but no quantity per plant.

For the first year, I would apply about 1/4 lb (4 oz) per plant and for each year thereafter, 1/4 to 1/2 lb (4-8 oz) per plant.
