How Many Is Enough

Question

I am a first time gardener. My garden is a test garden, as I am always learning new things about it. I am already looking ahead to next year. I want to grow the following food plants: Tomatoes, Beans, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Zucchini Squash, Carrots, Radishes, and Lettuce

Can you please tell me how many of each would be enough to feed a family of 5? I really appreciate your help.
