How Many Days For Germination To Happen Indoors For Geum Triflorum

I am in zone 3 and have stored my Geum Triflorum (Prairie Smoke) seeds in the freezer for at least 8 weeks I planted some in milk jugs winter sown about 3 weeks ago. I also planted some in potting mix in my south facing window with dome on along side petunias and snapdragons of which came up this morning. Nothing from the Prairie Smoke yet. How long generally does it take for these seeds to germinate please? they are very expensive seeds. $1/seed. I only had 10 any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The ones in the jug outside should come up in spring. One seed source said for the cold stratification to alternate between the refrigerator for a day, then the freezer for a day. Do this for one week, then plant 1/8 inch deep in pots and keep warm (70 degrees F) till germination. When seedlings grow to 2 inches, transplant in garden (above 50 degrees F.).
