how long to level my yard

How long to level my yard with many high and low spots all over? My yard holds a lot of water and has lots of ruts and big bumps in it. If I can avoid putting in pipes for the drainage, I would rather.

I can not estimate how long it would take to level your yard. Estimates like that require a visual inspection and computations (such as dimensions of your yard, the gradient, etc.) However, I can give you some ideas for yard drainage here:
