How long till ficus cutting produces new growth?

I grew a focus benjamina cutting in water for about a month and a half. I put it in a starter pot (with drain holes) when the roots were about half an inch long. There were three roots. It’s been in soil in the starter pot for almost a week now, and the roots have already reached the edge (see pic) and bottom of the starter pot. This tells me it’s doing fine. I’m not expecting anything over night, but for how long roughly do the new roots need to grow for before the clipping will start putting out fresh growth? I know there are a lot of factors involved, but I’m mainly curious. The clipping is in a southern facing window (next to its 5′ tall father), I mist it 5 times a day and water when the soil dries about half way down. I have to say, I really like that the starter pot is clear. It’s cool to actually see the roots grow! Thanks in advance!

Only a week has passed and a nice root has formed! Looking good!

My research indicates that it will take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for fig cuttings to sprout fresh growth, probably sooner than later for you given the progress of your cutting.

It’s only been 5 days since I asked this question. New growth has started. Not sure if this link will work:
