Chicken Poop Compost

If I have purchased chicken poop compost from a gardening center and have dug it in and mixed it with the soil, should I wait before planting vegetables? How long should I leave before planting?

You can plant in the soil as soon as you mix in the compost. It's only fresh, non-composted manure that has to be allowed to rest in the soil before planting. Here's an article about using manure:
